Online Coaching gives you access to a tailor made fitness programme delivered through my Navigate App perfect for giving you structure and accountability at the gym or when working out at home. You get interactive workouts designed around your goals, a fitness tracker and nutritional advice, activity tacker, progress reports and weekly check-ins, a library of fitness videos and recipes, as well as a chat facility for direct access to me for support. A recipe for success!

My PT sessions with Laura really pushed me to try new aspects of the gym such as weights and HIT training. Within 7 weeks my blood pressure was down and my mobility and energy levels had increased. She really pushed me outside my comfort zone but this helped my confidence to grow as I saw results quicker.

I am relatively fit from running but I have never done weight work before. I committed to 3 months of the Navigate app and Laura designed a workout using freeweights. It was easy to follow and the nutrition tracker helped to keep me on track. Laura worked around my bad knee and gave me exercises that improved its mobility and strength.
