My PT sessions with Laura really pushed me to try new aspects of the gym such as weights and HIT training. Within 7 weeks my blood pressure was down and my mobility and energy levels had increased. She really pushed me outside my comfort zone but this helped my confidence to grow as I saw results quicker.

I am relatively fit from running but I have never done weight work before. I committed to 3 months of the Navigate app and Laura designed a workout using freeweights.
